Orders
- An email confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address you specified when placing your order. Please check that all details accurately reflect your requirements. Should there be any discrepancies, please email info@pimpmylady.com
- Where an order requests several different items to be sent to the same address, then these may be despatched separately and therefore we cannot guarantee delivery on the same day.
- Pimpmylady does not advise recipients of impending deliveries.
- We are unable to accept responsibility for parcels after these have been accepted by our various carriers.
- For items to be exported, the carriage charge covers packaging, delivery and insurance only.
- Customs Duties may be payable by the overseas recipient and we regret that we are unable to advise of these amounts.
- It is the policy of pimpmylady to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers are in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
- Delivery address must be the same as the credit/debit/charge card you are using
- For security reasons we will not accept telephone orders from a mobile phone unless you can provide a fixed landline number which we may call you back on
- We can arrange delivery to an alternative address i.e workplace providing we see the transaction as non fraudulent.
Product Guarantee
- At Pimpmylady we only supply and sell authentic guaranteed products. We source and obtain our inventory from only the finest and reputable suppliers and so we are confident and able to supply authenticity guaranteed products.
Returns Policy
- Please take in to consideration that many of the items that we offer can be couture pieces (one off) and so may differ slighty from one to the next as they are not mass produced.
- Should you receive your order and not be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store we will be happy to refund your purchase less the cost for postage and packaging which you may have been charged.
- NOTE : The item must be returned in the exact condition that you received it in complete with all tags and packaging. Items should also be packed suitably so as to not be damaged in transit as we will not be held responsible for damaged items and reserve the right to refuse a refund should this be the case.
- All items dispatched from our store go through a detailed inspection before they leave our store so that any item that is not in the original condition or packaging it was received in will not be refunded. Please ensure all tags and packaging have not been tampered with in any way. We can recommend that items returned to our store are sent by recorded and insured shipping method as we will not be held responsible for lost items which haven’t found their way back to our store.
- Any items sent out by our store which are claimed for as lost in transit will be investigated by our customer service department. Please contact our customer service department on 0870 172 0198 to inform us. Once the investigation is found to be genuine then we will glady offer a replacement item.
Refunds
- Please allow up to 30 days for a refund to be processed after the receipt of the returned item(s). Refunds will only be issued in the payment upon which was received by our store. Credit/Debit cards will only be refunded to the Card(s) used initially with our store to make the purchase.
Availability
- Due to popular demand of most of our items we always ensure items are available in stock ready to be shipped out in 2 – 7 days. However please allow up to 28 days should your item not arrive within 2 – 7 days as stock levels are changing rapidly within our store. Should this be the case you will be contacted via email to inform you of the expected delivery time.
Transit of Goods
- All good are sent in brand new condition(unless stated otherwise)
- Please check goods when receiving them as no damage claims can be made once they have been signed for. IF any damage is found you must notify us immediately by calling or customer service department on 0870 172 0198
